Here at EB Manufacturing, we call Lou DiBacco our “solution guy”! He is available to resolve all of our customers’ workholding challenges. He reviews the customer’s process and project requirements and determines what type of workholding is required. A quote, which includes the concept design, is then generated for the customer’s review and approval prior to proceeding with the project.

Outside of work, Lou’s interest involve a variety of sports. He has played soccer since he was 4 years old, and he now coaches with his town’s travel soccer league. He also enjoys bowling and has bowled a perfect game. Lou is a big football fan, too.
