Power Chucks
Self-Centering
- Sizes 6’’– 18’’ Dia., available in 2-Jaw, 3-Jaw, 6-Jaw and 2/3-Jaw. The Chuck cam lever gripping mechanism provides accurate gripping and centering of workpiece.
- Compensating
- Sizes 6’’-18’’ Dia., available in 2-Jaw or 3 Jaw. The Chuck provides 1/8” compensation per jaw, for holding irregular shaped workpiece.
- Counter-Centrifugal
- Sizes 6”-18” Dia., available in 2-Jaw and 3-Jaw. The Chuck uses a system to counter balance centrifugal force loss of the top jaws at higher speeds.
- Draw Down
- Sizes 6”-18” Dia., available in 2-Jaw and 3-Jaw. The Chuck is available in two types, Angular and Perfect Draw Down. The Angular type simultaneously grips and seats the workpiece. The Prefect type first centers the workpiece, then seats it and finally applies full grip force.

Collet Chucks
Dead Length
- Model 5C, 16C and 3J Chucks are designed to grip on outside diameter, and maintain an axial position of a workpiece, and positive pullback is not required.
- Pullback
- Model 5C, 16C, 20C, 25C, 2J, 3J, 35J, S15, S20, S22, S30, S35 & S50 Chucks are designed with positive pullback, gripping on outside diameter of workpiece and positively locate against a workstop.
- Custom
- Special size and style of Collet Chuck required gripping on outside diameter of workpiece and positively locating against a workstop. Chucks can be mounted on any type of Lathe or Machining Centers.
Expanding Mandrels
Pullback
- Taper Collet Mandrels are designed with positive pullback, gripping on inside diameter of workpiece and positively locate against a workstop.
- Differential
- Designed with special taper collet and positive pullback, gripping on two area of inside diameter of workpiece to maintain centerline straightness and positively locate against a workstop.
- Custom
- Special size and style of Mandrels required gripping on inside diameter of workpiece and positively locating against a workstop. Mandrels can be mounted on any type of Lathe or Machining Centers.
Flex-Ring Mandrels
OD-Grip
- Designed with multiple flex-rings to generate high clamping torque and positive pullback, gripping on outside diameter of workpiece and positively locate against a workstop.
- ID-Grip
- Designed with multiple flex-rings to generate high clamping torque and positive pullback, gripping on inside diameter of workpiece and positively locate against a workstop.
- Differential
- Designed with two sets of multiple flex-rings to generate high clamping torque and positive pullback if necessary, gripping two areas on outside or inside diameter of workpiece to maintain centerline straightness and positively locate against a workstop. Mandrels can be mounted on any type of Lathe or Machining Centers.
- Between Center Arbors
- Designed with two sets of multiple flex-rings to generate high clamping torque and positive pullback if necessary, gripping two areas on inside diameter of workpiece to maintain centerline straightness and positively locate against a workstop.
